This production is a high activity biological material which is from compound microbe group,process in deep liquid fermentation,isolation and purification.This production can decompound and tranform the crystal which is in the honey at a certain degree.The crystal can be eliminate from obstruct nucleus’a prolific growth and extend the shelf life of honey,it also can steady and improve the quality of honey products.

  1. Application

Honey and sugar’s crystallization and the question of fermentation and rancidity has been troubled the industry. Although there are many manufacturers have tried to use physical methods and add chemical to eliminate and prevent crystallization, the results are unsatisfactory----not short-term re-crystallization or impact the honey flavor even endanger food security.
This production is a high activity biological product,its principle is decompound and tranform the components which is easily to be crystallization in the honey and also can destroy the spatial structure of nucleus which lead crystallization at the same time in order to resolve the crustallization in a long-term and safety way.Use this production in the right way can enhance the taste of honey and ensure there is no crystallization of honey in one year. This production can improve the quality of honey and extend the shelf life of honey  or avoid the ecomomic losses caused by crystallization.

3. Characters
1.  Appearance: Light brown liquid, nonpoisonous and not rot,unique sweet taste
2. Application temperature: Effective range25~65℃,best temperature50~60℃,invalid when the temperature below 25℃,become loose activity when the temperature above 65℃,loose most activity when the temperature above 80℃
3.  PH value: Effective range PH3.5~7.0℃, The best effect with the increase in ph

5. Packaging
1.  Packaging: Pack by food-grade plastic buckets
Standard:25kg/buckt.(or according to customers requirements)
2.  Standard: activity:60000u/ml ;90000u/ml. Can be adjusted according to customer requirements
6.Storage
The goods should be stored in a cool, dry and shady place .Avoid the Sunlight exposure and rain.The goods will loose activity when it’s in the high temperature(abrove 35℃) or frozen(below 6℃), In the best storage conditions(temperature 15~25℃), the goods can be stored for three months.
7. Methods of application(Recommendation the mid-temperature elimination)
1.  Content:according to the honey and formula,the content is usually in 0.5‰~1.5‰
2.  Method
a. mid-temperature elimination:
honey→melting honey at the temperature of 50℃→add the goods(mixed uniform,matain 50~55℃,time≧4 hours) →Vacuum enrichment→cans(matain 50~55℃,time≧20 hours) →filling→Sterilization
b. room-temperature elimination:
honey→melting honey at the temperature of 50℃→add the goods,mixed uniform→Vacuum enrichment→cans →filling→storage(matain ≧25℃,time≧20 hours)
